Awhile back I started to think of ways to automate the process of creating Twitter backgrounds, sure I could have just made some psd files buti wanted something more then that.

One thought that when through my head was to make an action sript. The more I thought about it, the more sense that it made to me to make an action script.

First layered psd files can be accidentally “saved”instead of “saved as” when you are editing them and then you have to go through the process of creating the template again.

Secondly action scripts are fun! I enjoy action scripts they are a definite time saver. As a freelance graphic designer, the more time I can save the better. Especially with a 2 year old and a 9 month old at home that tend to always want “daddy” time when I am in the middle of a project. So any time i can save is a bonus for me.

Lastly I made them because I wanted to.
